Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 06 September 2025

These Terms apply to your use of our website and to bookings, purchases, and attendance at Reform Atelier Limited.

1) About us

Company: Reform Atelier Limited

Address: 1A Palmer Road, SW11 4FA, London, United Kingdom

Contact: info@reformatelier.com

Booking platform: Bsport

2) Bookings and purchases

  • Bookings and purchases are made via our website and/or Bsport.

  • You agree that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

  • We may refuse or cancel bookings in reasonable circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms).

3) Prices and payments

  • Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed through Bsport (and its payment providers).

  • We may change pricing, packages, memberships and timetables from time to time. Changes won’t affect services already paid for, unless we agree otherwise.

4) Cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and no-shows

Cancellation/reschedule window: 12 hours.

  • You may cancel or reschedule a class at least 12 hours before the start time without losing the session.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours, or you do not attend, the class may be deducted from your package or treated as attended (a “no-show”).

  • For safety and to avoid disruption, we may refuse entry to late arrivals.

If we cancel a class, we will offer a reschedule or credit. If a reschedule/credit isn’t suitable, we’ll provide a refund where appropriate.

5) Packages and expiry

Package validity/expiry varies by product and is shown at the point of purchase on Bsport. By purchasing, you agree to the expiry terms displayed for your chosen package.

6) Refunds

  • Class packs and memberships are non-refundable, except where UK consumer law requires a refund.

  • Where a refund is legally due, we will process it to the original payment method where possible.

Online purchases (UK consumer rules):

If you buy online, you may have cancellation rights in some situations. However, where you request that services begin within the cooling-off period (for example, by booking classes soon after purchase), your right to cancel may be limited once services have been supplied.

7) Health, safety and suitability

Pilates is physical exercise and carries risk. By attending, you confirm that:

  • you are fit to take part and will act responsibly;

  • you will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations; and

  • you will follow instructor guidance and use equipment safely.

Our sessions are not medical advice and do not replace guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.

8) Studio conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, safe environment. We may refuse service or remove a participant for unsafe behaviour, harassment, intoxication, or repeated disruption.

9) Personal belongings

Bring belongings at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage unless required by law or caused by our negligence.

10) Website use

You must not misuse the website (including hacking, introducing malicious code, or attempting unauthorised access). We may restrict access if misuse is suspected.

11) Intellectual property

All website content and studio materials (including branding, logos, images, text, and videos) are owned by Reform Atelier Limited or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

12) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence,

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or

  • anything else that cannot be excluded under law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential losses.

13) Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the website/services means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights).
